活血通络散治疗冠心病PCI术后心绞痛疗效研究

目的:观察活血通络散应用于冠心病经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后心绞痛治疗中的疗效。方法:选取PCI治疗后发生心绞痛的96例冠心病患者纳入研究,分为两组,其中对照组予以单纯常规西药治疗,观察组在此基础上应用活血通络散进行治疗;治疗1个疗程后,对比两组患者心绞痛与心电图临床疗效,统计两组心绞痛发生时间、每次持续时间,同时观察两组患者治疗前后心功能、血清标志物表达水平、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)水平的变化情况。结果:观察组心绞痛与心电图的临床总有效率依次为91.67%、87.50%,对照组依次为60.42%、56.25%,两组对比,观察组效果更好(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者心绞痛发作情况、心功能指标、各项血清标志物水平与本组治疗前对比可见统计学意义(P<0.05),且两组对比观察组效果更好(P<0.05)。结论:活血通络散应用于冠心病PCI术后心绞痛治疗中,能够有效提高患者心绞痛与心电图临床疗效,降低心绞痛发作频率与时间,改善患者心功能并降低血清标志物与心肌酶学指标的表达水平。

Efficacy observation of Huoxue Tongluo powder in the treatment of angina pectoris after coronary heart disease PCI

Objective:To observe the efficacy of Huoxue Tongluo powder in the treatment of angina pectoris after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:96 patients with coronary heart disease who developed angina pectoris after receiving PCI treatment were selected as the observation data.All the selected patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,the control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Huoxue Tongluo powder designed on the basis of the treatment of the control group;after one course of treatment,the clinical effects of angina pectoris and electrocardiogram in the two groups were compared,and the time and duration of angina pectoris in the two groups were counted,and the changes of cardiac function,serum marker expression level,and myocardial troponin I(cTnI)level in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total clinical effective rate of angina pectoris in the observation group was 91.67%,and the total clinical effective rate of electrocardiogram was 87.50%,and that in the control group was 60.42%and 56.25%,respectively;after treatment,angina attack,cardiac function indexes and expression levels of various serum markers in the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Huoxue Tongluo powder in the treatment of angina after PCI of coronary heart disease can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of angina and electrocardiogram,reduce the frequency and time of angina attack,improve the cardiac function of patients and reduce the expression level of serum markers and myocardial enzymes.
