四磨汤辅助治疗对儿童便秘对肠道菌群和消化功能影响

目的:分析四磨汤辅助治疗儿童便秘对患儿肠道菌群平衡和消化功能影响。方法:选取我院收治的儿童便秘患者100例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组患儿给予常规药物治疗,观察组患儿在对照组治疗基础上加用四磨汤口服液治疗,分析两组患儿治疗后的效果。结果:治疗前,两组患儿排便频次、排便时间、便时疼痛、腹痛腹胀症状比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿各项积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患儿肛肠动力学指标、胃肠激素水平、肠道菌群情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿直肠最大容量感觉阈值、肛管最大缩榨压、肛管最大缩榨压、肠杆菌、葡萄球菌低于对照组,MTL、GAS、乳杆菌、双岐杆菌高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。直肠静息压、VIP、SS水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:四磨汤辅助治疗儿童便秘改善便秘患儿的肠道动力学异常及肠道菌群失调状况,改变大便性状。

Effects of Simo decoction on intestinal flora balance and digestive function in children with constipation

Objective:Analyze the effects of Simo decoction on intestinal flora balance and digestive function in children with constipation.Methods:100 cases of children with constipation were selected from our hospital.According to different treatment methods,children in the control group and the observation group were divided into the control group and the observation group were given conventional drug treatment.Results:Before treatment,the scores of children in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Before the treatment,two groups of children with anorectal dynamics index gastrointestinal hormone levels of intestinal flora was compared,there was no statistically significant difference (P >0.05) after treatment,the observation group with rectal maximum capacity tubing sensory threshold shrink tubing for crushing biggest biggest crushing e.coli staphylococcus was lower than the control group,MTL GAS lactobacillus dual gaps coli is higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05) but a rectal resting pressure VIP SS level comparison,there was no statistically significant difference (P >0.05).Conclusion:Simo decoction can be used to assist the treatment of constipation in children with constipation.
