胃切除术联合替吉奥治疗老年人胃癌的疗效及对免疫功能的影响

目的探讨胃切除术联合替吉奥治疗老年胃癌病人的临床疗效及对免疫指标的影响。方法选取我院老年胃癌病人104例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组52例。对照组进行胃癌根治切除术治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予替吉奥治疗。对比观察2组病人临床疗效、治疗后生存率以及治疗前后免疫功能指标的变化。结果观察组治疗有效率为48. 08%,显著高于对照组的30. 77%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。观察组18个月、24个月的生存率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。与治疗前比较,治疗后2组CD3^+、CD4^+水平均降低,CD8^+、Ig G、Ig A、Ig M水平均升高(P<0. 05);且观察组改变更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。结论对老年胃癌病人进行胃切除术治疗,可考虑采用替吉奥进行辅助治疗,可提高病人的临床疗效及生存率,且能保护体液免疫功能。

Efficacy of gastrectomy combined with tiogio in the elderly patients with gastric cancer and its influence on immune function

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of radical resection combined with tiogio for gastric carcinoma in the elderly and its effects on immune function.Methods A total of 120 elderly patients with gastric cancer in our hospital were divided into control group ( n = 45) and observation group ( n = 45) randomly. Control group was treated with radical resection for gastric carcinoma, while observation group was treated with radical resection combined with tiogio for gastric carcinoma. The clinical efficacy and survival rate of two groups,and the levels of the immune function indexes in two groups were observed and compared.Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (48.08% vs 30.77%, P < 0.05). The survival rates at 18 months and 24 months in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group ( P < 0.05). The levels of CD3^+ and CD4^+ of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower and the levels of CD8^+, IgG, IgA and IgM were significantly higher than those before treatment ( P < 0.05),especially in observation group( P < 0.05).Conclusions Gastric cancer radical resection combined with tiogio not only improve the clinical efficacy and survival rate, but also improve the immune function in the elderly patients with gastric cancer.
