小青龙汤联合阿奇霉素治疗喘息性支气管炎疗效及对患者外周血辅助性T细胞表达和肺功能的影响

目的:探讨小青龙汤联合阿奇霉素治疗喘息性支气管炎的临床疗效及对外周血辅助性T细胞(Th1/Th2)表达和肺功能的影响。方法:选取156例喘息性支气管炎患儿为研究对象。随机分为对照组和观察组,各78例。对照组给予阿奇霉素片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予小青龙汤治疗。结果:治疗后,两组中医证候积分均明显下降,观察组比对照组更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿IFN-γ水平明显降低,IL-10、FEV1及MVV指标水平均明显升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后IFN-γ水平低于对照组,IL-10、FEV1及MVV指标水平均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未出现明显不良反应,观察组总有效率94.87%(74/78)明显高于对照组76.92%(60/78)(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组生活质量评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 :小青龙汤联合阿奇霉素可显著改善喘息性支气管炎患儿外周血IFN-γ、IL-10因子表达,提高肺功能,临床疗效显著且安全。

Clinical efficacy of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis and its effect on Th1/Th2 expression and pulmonary function

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with azithromycin in the treatment of asthmatic bronchitis and its effect on Th1/Th2 expression in peripheral blood and pulmonary function.Methods:156 patients with asthmatic bronchitis were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table grouping method,78 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin tablets,and the observation group was given Xiaoqinglong decoction on the basis of the control group.Results:After 5,7 and 14 days of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased significantly,and the observation group was more obvious than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IFN-gamma in the two groups decreased significantly,while the levels of IL-10,FEV1 and MVV in the observation group increased significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IFN-gamma in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of IL-10,FEV1 and MVV in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.87%(74/78),which was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.92%(60/78),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoqinglong decoction combined with azithromycin can significantly improve the expression of IFN-gamma and IL-10 in peripheral blood of patients with asthmatic bronchitis,and improve lung function.The clinical effect is sigificant and safe.
