| 摘 要： | 目的探索一种有效的结核病防治知识宣传方式,为结核病健康教育措施制定提供依据。方法通过问卷调查,对各调查组的干预前后及组间结核病知识知晓率进行对比,综合分析评价单纯发放平面材料、单纯面对面宣传及面对面宣传与发放平面材料相结合三种结核病防治健康教育方式的优缺点。结果各干预组的结核病知晓率均有提高。其中,采用两种宣传教育方式相结合的干预组结核病防治知识8条核心信息总知晓率从39.7%上升到66.3%,8条核心信息全部知晓率从3.3%上升到20.7%,居民结核病防治知识获取途径以人际传播为主,占63.0%。结论面对面人际交流和平面材料发放相结合的结核病健康教育方式优于另外两种健康教育方式。电视、报刊等大众传播媒介可辅助使用。
