肝癌介入治疗术后副作用观察和护理

目的：探讨肝癌患介入手术后副作用发生的原因，临床表现，观察和护理。方法：回顾性总结48例肝癌介入治疗后的副作用及护理。结果：肝癌介入治疗术后，腹胀、尿潴留31例，发热28例，腹痛7例，足背动脉搏动摸不清3例，穿刺点皮下血肿3例，穿刺侧肢体动脉痉挛2例，穿刺点大出血1例，肝结节破裂1例。结论：肝癌患介入治疗后副作用较多，充分认识，加强观察，可及早控制副作用的发展，提高手术的成功率，缩短住院时间，减少医疗费用。

Nursing and observations about side effcts after intervention therapy of hepatic cancer

Objective: To discuss over the cause of side effects after interventiorn therapy of hepatic cancer, clinical manifestation and nursing.Method: retrospectively research about 48 cases intervention therapy of hepatic cancer.Result:abdomenal distention uro retention 31 cases fever 28 cases,abdomenal pain 7 cases 3 cases without pulse of dorsal artery, 2 cases extremity artery spasm,punctural haemorrhage 1 cases 1 cases of liver tubercle rupture. conclusion: Intervention therapy of hepatic cancer may have many side effects we should observate and manage timely.
