| 摘 要： | 目的探讨有效治疗急性期脑缺血再灌注损伤的新药物。方法采用线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉再灌注模型，将神经生长因子溶于生理盐水后分别在1小时、4小时或7小时注入大鼠股静脉中，建立模型后7天断头取脑组织做病理切片及计算梗死体积。结果神经生长因子治疗组比对照组坏死体积明昆减少。结论神经生长因子对脑缺血再灌注损伤组织有明显保护作用。
