老年性股骨粗隆间骨折术后抗骨质疏松治疗的临床研究

目的观察老年性股骨粗隆间骨折术后抗骨质疏松治疗的疗效。方法82例骨质疏松症并发股骨粗隆间骨折患者，随机分成两组：研究组（A组）和对照组（B组），两组均采用复位、内固定术、功能锻炼治疗，A组同时应用鲑鱼降钙素，碳酸钙现药物抗骨质疏松治疗，B组未采用抗骨质疏松治疗。结果A组患者经过治疗后骨密度增加显著（P〈0．01）。骨折愈合情况，A组5～7个月愈合率82．93％（34／41），B组5～7个月愈合率26．83％（11／41），两组比较有显著差异（P〈0．01）。A组疼痛缓解率56．10％（23／41），B组疼痛缓解率7．32％（3／41），两组比较有显著差异（P〈0．01）。结论老年性股骨粗隆间骨折术后抗骨质疏松治疗疗效良好。
