一种基于脉搏波的无创连续血压测量方法

摘    要:提出一种基于脉搏波的无创连续血压测量方法。该方法通过提取人体肱动脉脉搏波的特征参数,根据逐步回归分析建立的血压特征方程估计人体每搏的血压,实现无创连续血压测量。实验结果表明,采用此方法测得的血压与水银血压计测得的血压具有很好的一致性,收缩压与舒张压的平均差值都小于3mmHg,标准误差都小于5mmHg。

Abstract:This paper presents a method of noninvasive and continuous measurement of blood pressure by pulse wave.The method is realized by extracting the characteristic parameters of human brachial artery pulse wave and developing the stepwise regression equation.The experiment results showed that blood pressure measured by this method was well correlated with which measured by mercury sphygmomanometer.The mean difference of blood pressure was smaller than 3mmHg,and the standard deviation was smaller than 5mmHg
