| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨老年消化道肿瘤患者术后认知功能障碍发生的原因和防治经验。【方法】回顾性分析136例65岁以上的消化道肿瘤患者术后的临床资料。【结果】136例患者出现术后认知功能障碍12例，占8．8％，经治疗后均痊愈。【结论】老年肿瘤患者术后精神障碍发生的原因是多方面的，通过手术前后有针对性的预防和治疗，一般预后良好。

| Abstract: | ObjectivelTo explore the cause, prevention and treatment of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods] The clinical data of 136 elderly patients（aged over 65 years old） with gastrointestinal cancer after operation were analyzed retrospectively. ResultslOf 136 cases, 12 patients （8. 8%） had postoperative cognitive dysfunction and were cured after treatment. Conclusion] The cause of postoperative cognitive dysfunction in elderly cancer patients is multifactorial. Per tinent prevention and treatment before and after operation can obtain a good prognosis. |
