不同频率高压氧治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

【目的】观察高压氧不同剂量（频率）对急性脑梗死的临床疗效。【方法】将160例脑梗死分为两组，每组各80例，A组：一天高压氧治疗两次，10d一疗程；B组（对照组）：一天治疗一次，10d一疗程，经两个疗程治疗后进行疗效评定，评价不同剂量（频率）治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。【结果】A组川占床治愈率25％，显效率32．5％，有效率40％，总有效率97．5％；B组：治愈率12．5％，显效率24．74％，有效率48．75％，总有效率85％，A组的总有效率、治愈率及显效率均优于B组，且两组相比差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。【结论】高压氧治疗脑梗死，一天治疗两次的疗效优于一天一次。

Observation on the Efficacy of Different Frequencies of Hyperbaric Oxygen for the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction

Objective] To observe the clinical efficacy of hyperbaric oxygen（HBO） with different frequencies for the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods] Totally 160 cases of cerebral infarction were divided into two groups with 80 cases in each. Group A was given HBO treatment twice a day and the course was 10 days, while group B（control group） was given HBO treatment once a day and the course was 10 days. After two courses, the clinical efficacy of HBO with different frequencies was evaluated. Results]In group A, the cure rate was 25o/00, and the excellence rate was 32. 5%, and the effective rate was 40%, and the total effective rate was 97.5%. In group B, the cure rate was 12.5%, and the excellence rate was 24.74%, and the effective rate was 48.75%, and the total effective rate was 85%. The cure rate and excellence rate in group A were better than those in group B, and there was significant difference between two groups （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion] The efficacy of HBO treatment twice a day for cerebral infarction is better than HBO treatment once a day.
