| 摘 要： | 目的总结B超引导经皮肾活检经验,分析其在肾脏病诊断治疗中的应用价值。方法B超引导下应用Tru-cut穿刺针对204例患者经皮肾穿刺活检,就穿刺取材成功率、诊断修正率及并发症进行分析。结果穿刺成功率99.1%,取材肾小球数目(16.4±4.8)个,修正诊断率30.4%,并发肾周血肿0.9%。结论B超引导肾活检安全简便,并发症少,诊断修正率高,对肾脏病诊断具有不可替代的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the success rate and complication of percutaneous renal biopsy under ultrasound guide. Method Percutaneous renal biopsy with gun-biopsy under the guidance of ultra sound were performed in 204 patients. Result Renal biopsies were performed in 204 patients. The success rate was 99.1% and the incidence of macrohematuria was 0.9%. Conclusion There were easy manipulation, higher success rate and lower incidence of complication with this method. |
