自体疣种植治疗复发性尿道尖锐湿疣及免疫学研究

摘    要:目的:探讨自体疣种植治疗复发性尿道尖锐湿疣(CA)的疗效及对细胞免疫的影响。方法:选择新鲜疣组织用碘伏消毒后种植于上臂内侧皮下组织,其余皮损液氮冷冻治疗,疗程结束后随访6个月,观察复发情况;用流式细胞术检测治疗前、后T淋巴细胞亚群,用EUSA方法检测血清白介素2(IL-2)、1-干扰素(IFN-1)水平。结果:24例复发性尿道CA患者,经自体疣种植治疗1-3次后,治愈21例,复发3例。21例治愈者治疗后外周血CD4^ 、CD4^ /CD8^ 升高,血清IL-2及IFN-γ水平升高,CD8^ 降低。结论:自体疣种植治疗复发性尿道CA有较好疗效,治疗后细胞免疫功能上调者,再复发的几率降低。

Abstract:Objective: To explore the effect of auto-wart implantation on recurrent urethra condyloma acuminatum(RUCA) and cell-mediated immunity. Methods: The fresh wart from a patient with RUCA was sterilized by iodophor and implanted in subcutaneous tissue of the same patient's arm, and the other warts in the same patient were treated by liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. All patients were followed up for 6 months after treatment. T-cell subsets in peripheral blood were detected by flow cytometry, and the levels of IL-2 and IFN-Results: Twenty-one of the 24 patients were cured after one to three times of implantation; only 3 had recurrence. The number of CD4 T cells and the ratio of CD4 to CD8 T cells in peripheral blood significantly increased, the levels of serum IL-2 and IFN-Conclusion: Auto-wart implantation is a good therapy for RUCA and can lower the recurrent rate in cell-immunity up-regulation cases.
