| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察B7基因表达对人肾癌细胞免疫原性的影响。方法 :将B7基因采用脂质体转染技术 ,将PLXSN/B7 1转染肾癌细胞。运用RT PCR方法观察B7 1表达情况 ,同时应用单克隆抗体标记技术检测转染前后免疫学改变。结果 :肾癌细胞不表达 ,转染后大多数肾癌细胞表面表达B7 1。转染前后肾癌患者T3、T4升高 ,T8降低 ,T4 /T8升高。结论 :B7 1基因能增强免疫细胞对肾癌细胞的识别和杀伤 ,从而有效增强肾癌细胞的免疫原性

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of expression of B7 on immunicity of human renal cell carcinomas.Methods:PLXSN/B7 was transfected into renal carcinoma cells through liposome, the expression of B7 1 was observed by RT PCR.Simultaneously the immunological alterations were detected before and after transfection by Monoclonal Antibody Labelling Technology.Results:No expression was found in renal carcinoma cells.After transfection B7 1 was found expression in most of renal carcinoma cells.T3?T4 increased after transfection, thereas T8 decreased,and T4/T8 increased.Conclusion:B7 1 Gene can enhance the identification and killing of immunocyte towards renal carcinoma cells, therefore effectively reinforce the immunogenicity of renal carcinoma cells. |
