5种中药对临床常见菌株的体外抗菌活性研究

目的 研究连翘、大青叶、夏枯草、盐肤木树皮、半支莲挥发油等5种中药对139株临床常见菌株的抗菌作用。方法将5种中药配成一定浓度的水煎液，按K-B法测定5种中药、中药联合左氧氟沙星对139株细菌的抑菌作用。结果大青叶、盐肤木树皮、半支莲挥发油对139株细菌有一定的抑菌效果，而连翘、夏枯草对139株细菌的抑菌效果较差；大青叶、盐肤木树皮、半支莲挥发油与左氧氟沙星联合应用后对139株细菌的抑菌效果有所增强。结论中西药配伍对临床常见菌株有较好的体外抗菌作用。

In Vitro Antibacterial Activities of 5 Traditional Chinese Medicines Against Bacteria Strains Commonly Encountered in the Clinic

Objective To study the in vitro antibacterial activities of Fructus forsythiae, Folium isatidis, Spica prunellae, dried root-bark of Rhus chinensis, volatile oil of Herba scutellariae barbatae against 139 strains of bacteria commonly encountered in the clinic. Methods Decoctions of the 5 traditional Chinese medicines at specified concentrations were prepared and the in vitro antibacterial activities of the 5 traditional Chinese medicines and 3 of these drugs in combination with levoflacin against 139 strains of bacteria were determined according to the K-B methods. Results Folium Isatidis, root-bark of Rhus chinensis and volatile oil of Herba scutellariae barbatae were shown to exert definite bacteriostatic effects on the 139 strains of bacteria while Fructus forsythiae and Spica Prunellae had little effect on these bacteria. The bacteriostatic effects of Folium isatidis, root-bark of Rhus chinensis and volatile oil of Herba scutellariae barbatae on these 139 strains of bacteria were enhanced when they were separately combined with levoflacin. Conclusion Better antibacterial activities against bacteria commonly encountered in the clinic may be achieved by the combined application of traditional Chinese medicines and antibiotics.
