注射用五味子多糖的含量测定

摘    要:目的:建立注射用五味子多糖有效成分含量测定的简便新方法。方法:采用改良的硫酸-苯酚显色法,于490nm处测定吸光度,计算五味子多糖的含量。结果:五味子多糖注射液中五味子多糖的质量分数达到9.85%,平均加样回收率达到100.32%。结论:改良硫酸-苯酚法实验操作简便、快速、准确,可用于五味子多糖注射液的含量测定。

Abstract:To find a simpLe content anaLysis method for the infection poLysaccharide extracted from a traditionaL medicine herb named Schizandra Sinensis BaiLL. Method: We modified the traditionaL IR method of SuLfuric acid-PhenoL and use it to test the content of poLysaccharide under the waveLength of 490nm. ResuLt:The poLysaccharide is 9. 85% , whiLe the average recovery rate amount to 100. 32% . ConcLusion:The modified SuLfuric acid-PhenoL method is brief accurate and easy to handLe adapting to the content anaLysis...
