HPLC测定白花蛇舌草注射液中对香豆酸的含量

 目的 建立测定白花蛇舌草注射液中对香豆酸含量的HPLC。方法 采用ODS柱,以甲醇-20 mmol·L^-1NH₄Ac(pH3.5)(33:67)为流动相,于308am波长处检测。结果 对香豆酸在0.0101～0.202mg·mL^-1内浓度与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 7);样品的加样回收率为98.7％～101.5％;方法精密度及重现性良好,RSD均不大于1.5％。结论 方法简便、准确,所测结果稳定、重现性好,可以作为白花蛇舌草注射液质量控制的一个定量方法。

Determination of p-coumaric acid in Baihua Sheshecao injection by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To develop a method for the determination of p-coumaric acid in Baihua Sheshecvao injection. METHODS p-coumaric acid was quantitatively determined by high performance liquid chromatography with ODS column and the mixture of CH₃OH-20 mmol·L^-1 NH₄Ac(pH3.5)(33:67) as the mobile phase.The detection wavelength was at 308 ran. RESULTS There was good linear relationship within the range of 0.0101～0.202 mg·mL^-1 (r=0.999 7). The recovery was 98.7%～101.5% .Both the precision and reproducibility were good with RSD of 1.5%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate and reproducible and it will be used for quality control of Baihua Sheshecao injection.
