南充市部分医院细菌耐药性监测及临床意义

摘    要:目的对南充市部分医院临床分离株进行耐药性监测,为临床合理使用抗生素提供科学依据。方法药敏试验用K-B纸片法,根据2003年美国临床实验室标准化委员会(NCCLS)标准判断结果,应用WHONET-5软件对临床分离细菌的药敏结果进行数据分析。结果1327株细菌中G+球菌345株(26.00%)G-球菌38株(2.86%),G-杆菌944株(71.14%)。本地区所监测的具有代表性菌种的常用药物敏感性试验结果显示,部分抗生素,特别是头孢类抗生素的耐药率低于国家耐药监测中心数据(细菌耐药性见表1-5)。结论本地区细菌耐药性监测结果,对于指导本地区临床经验用药,减缓细菌耐药有一定临床意义。

Abstract:Objective To examine the resistance of the infective bacteria in hospital from Nov,2004 to Nov,2005 and to offer a basis for the treatment of bacterial infection.Methods we use Kirby-Bauer(K-B)test for antibiotics susceptivity test.The results were evaluated based on National Committee for Clinical Laboratory Standards in 2003.The data were analyzed by using WHONET-5 software.Results Among 1327 strains,345(26.00%)were Gram( ) cocci,38(2.86%)Gram(-) cocci,944(71.14%)Gram(-) baclli.All detected antibiotics had resistance in various degrees.Conclusion We should pay more attention to hospital infection and use antibiotics properly with the development of the resistance of bacteria.
