| 摘 要： | 鸡屈指肌腱损伤动物模型经手术修复后用康宁克通局部注射，从形态学的角度观察康宁克通在损伤肌腱修复过程中对肌腱粘连的影响。实验材料经组织学处理和纤维连接蛋白免疫细胞化学反应，结果显示，在肌腱损伤的修复过程中，康宁克通可能起着抑制肌腱组织的炎性反应，使组织中纤维成分速度增加，但也使组织中出现粘液性变。修复后的肌腱组织应用康宁克通后，其间质和成纤维细胞中纤维连接蛋白的免疫细胞化学反应呈阴性显示。因此，康宁克通对肌健粘连可能起着抑制作用。

| Abstract: | The impaired flexor tendon of chicken were sutured by operation and then treated with local injection of triamcinolone.The effect of triamcinolon on the adhension of impaired tendon in the repairing process was observed.The specimens of the tendon were treated by histological and immunocytochemical stain.The results suggested that with the use of triamcinolon,the inflamation and proliferation of fibroblast were inhibited and muci-nous degenerated area was also observed in the repairing process; immunocytochemical reaction of fibronectin on the fibroblast and intercellular tissue was negative.It was consluded,therefore,that triamcinolon may prevent impaired tendon from adhesion. |
