血液灌流治疗重度有机磷农药中毒的护理

目的:探讨应用血液灌流(HP)抢救重度急性有机磷农药中毒(AOPP)患者的护理.方法:38例重度AOPP患者随机分为HP组和非HP组,通过观察两组患者的意识转清时间、平均住院天数、阿托品用量、治愈好转率指标来判断HP的临床疗效.结果:HP组治愈好转率91.7%,显著优于非HP组88.5%(P＜0.05);平均住院时间明显缩短,阿托品用量明显减少,意识转清时间明显缩短.结论:HP能有效清除体内有机磷,提高抢救成功率.在治疗时加强血液灌流的各项护理工作,是顺利进行血液灌流的关键所在.

nursing of the acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning with Hemoperfusion

Objective To explore the nursing of acute organophorus pesticide poisoning(AOPP)with Hemop-erfusion (HP)Methods 38 AOPP patients were divided into HP group and non- HP group randomly, thenthe clinical efficiency of HP was evaluated by observing the time from coma to sanity, the hospitalization days ,the dosage of atropine and the cure rate . Results The cure rate of the HP group 91.7% was obviously88.5% higher than that of non- HP(P<0.05); The hospitalization days, dosage of atropine and the time from co-ma to sanity of the HP group were reduced evidently. Conclusion The cure rate was increased distinctly due toHP eliminating organ phosphor in the human bodies, so HP was one of the key factors in the emergency treat-ment of the AOPP.
