大肠癌化疗药物敏感性与病人年龄及性别的关系

目的　探讨大肠癌病人化疗药物敏感性在不同年龄以及不同性别之间有无差异。方法　用体外肿瘤药敏试验 (MTT法 )对 1 69例大肠癌新鲜标本进行化疗药物敏感性检测 ,分析在病人不同年龄及不同性别之间的差异。结果　结果显示 ,本组大肠癌病人化疗药物的敏感性与不同年龄以及不同性别的差异均无统计学意义 ,P>0 .0 5。结论　大肠癌病人对化疗药物的敏感性与不同年龄以及不同性别没有差别 ,其差别可能主要由肿瘤的多药耐药性不同所导致

Relationship between sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs and the age and sex of patients with colorectal Cancer

Objective To explore the differences of sensitivity of chemotherapy agents between ages and sexes of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods By MTT test method, the sensitivity of chemotherapy drugs was measured on the survival tumor specimens of 169 pateints with colorectal carcinoma. The differences between different ages and sexes of these patients. were Analyzed.Results In this group, we found that sensitivity of anticancer agents had no statistically significant differences between ( P>0.05) , the ages and sexes of patients with colorectal cancer.Conclusions The results show that the sensitivity of anticancer agents in vitro is not influenced by the age and sex of patients with colorectal cancer, and the differences may result from multidrug resistances of carcinoma.
