| 摘 要： | 目的:观察吉西他滨(Gemcitabine)联合顺铂(Cisplatin)治疗蒽环类及紫杉类耐药转移性乳腺癌的疗效及耐受性。方法:应用Gemcitabine 1000mg/m2静脉滴注d1d8,Cisplatin 20mg/m2,静脉滴注,d2～5,21d为一周期。结果:全组24例,其中CR1例、PR9例、SD9例、PD5例,总有效率41.7%。结论:吉西他滨联合顺铂治疗蒽环类及紫杉类耐药转移性乳腺癌疗效肯定,毒副反应能耐受。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect and drug tolerance of gemcitabine and cisplatin combination chemotherapy in treating metastatic breast cancer patients complicated with anthracycline and taxane resistance. Methods ： Gemcitabine and cisplatiu were administered by intravenous drip at a dose of 1000mg/m^2 （ on day 1 and day 8 ） and 20 mg/m^2 （ from day 2 to day 5 ）, respectively, in a treatment period of 3 weeks. Results ： Of the 24 patients, 1 achieved＇ complete response ,9 were found partial response and another 9, stable disease and progressive disease was found in 5.41.7% of patients responded to the chemotherapy. Conclusion：Gemcitabine combined with eisplatin is an effective and tolerable regimen in treatment of metastatic breast cancer patients with drug resistance of anthracycline and taxane. |
