胎盘免疫调节肽对化疗小鼠免疫水平的影响

摘    要:目的探讨胎盘免疫调节肽(PIP)对化疗小鼠的免疫调节作用。方法用环磷酸酰胺对实验小鼠进行化疗或给实验小鼠致死量的阿糖胞苷(ARA—C),然后给小鼠腹腔注射或口服PIP,比较腹腔注射或口服PIP两组实验。小鼠的吞噬功能、胸腺和脾脏的重量、体内淋巴细胞转化率和生存时间等免疫指标。结果腹腔注射式口服PIP对化疗小鼠的免疫缺损均有恢复作用,而腹腔注射略高于口服PIP的效应。PIP治疗组的吞噬指数、淋巴细胞转化率(LT%)与对照组比均有显著性提高(P<0.05);PIP可防止化疗小鼠胸腺和脾脏重量的下降(P<0.01);PIP可显著延长给阿糖胞苷致死量小鼠的生命(P<0.01)。结论腹腔注射和口服PIP都可显著提高化疗小鼠的免疫水平,效果基本一致。

Abstract:Objective To research for the immunoregulatory effects of the placental immunoregulation polypeptide (PIP) on mice undergone chemotherapy.Methods Some chemotherapy mice were established by cyclophosphamide ip CY and other mice were given ARA-C with a lethal dose After ip or po of PIP; with the phagocytose function, lymphocyte transformation (LT), the weight of spleen and thymus, the survival time of ip group and po group were compared.Results After ip or po of PIP, immunodeficiency of the mice with chemotherapy were recoved, and the effects of immrne recovery were higher in group with ip of PIPthan those in group with po of PIP. Compared with the nomal control, phagocytic index and LT (%) of the treatment group with PIP were significantly enhanced. PIP may prevented significantly from the reducing of thymus and spleen weignt of the mice with chemotherapy, PIP prolonged the survival time of the mice which have been given ARA-C with a lethal dose.Conclusions After ip or po of PIP, the immune level of the mice with chemotherapy were significantly enhanced and the effects of both ip and po groups were the same.
