糖尿病患者血液流变学研究

目的探讨糖尿病患者的血液流变学的改变及其与各种慢性并发症的关系。方法将糖尿病患者分为慢性并发症组及无慢性并发症组，并设立正常对照组，分别进血液流变学测定。慢性并发症组多数病人采用川芎嗪治疗，并于治疗前后检测有关血液流变学指标。结果糖尿病患者血液流变学指标多明显异常，以全血粘度、纤维蛋白原含量升高最为明显，其中慢性并发症组的各项指标又显著高于无并发症组。川芎嗪治疗可明显改善患者的血液流变学异常。结论糖尿病患者血液流变学指标显著异常，川芎嗪可缓解糖尿病慢性并发症并显著改善血液流变学指标。

A study on the blood rheology of the patients with diabetics

Objective To study the blood rheology of the patients with diabeticsand its relationship with chronic complications.Methods Two hundred and nine patients were divided into two guoups, diabetic group with chronic complications and diabetic group without chronic complications. A control group in 32 normal subjects was designed. The cases of diabitcs with chronic complications were treated with tetramethylpyrazine (TMPZ). Before and after treament, the venous blood samples of all patients were drawn for blood rheological measurement.Results (1) In both diabetic groups, the blood rheology was obviously abnormal,especialy for the whole blood viscosity and plasms fibrinogen content; (2) blood rheological indices in caese of diabitics with chronic complications were higher than those without this complications; (3) TMPZ could improve the blood rheology abnormal in patients with diabetics. Conclusions In the diabetics,there was a significantly abnormal blood rheology, which appeared to have a relationship with the development of diabetic chronic complications; TMPZ could improve the blood rheology of diabetics,and was effective in the treatment of the chronic complications.
