外用磺胺嘧啶锌治疗褥疮的临床研究

目的探讨治疗褥疮高效、简便的方法。方法褥疮患者１０６例，其中Ⅱ°３３例、Ⅲ°４１例、Ⅳ°３２例，随机分为观察组及对照组。观察组隔日创面敷磺胺嘧啶锌软膏，对照组隔日创面外敷磺胺嘧啶银软膏，观察两组４ｗｋ治愈率，并记录治疗时间。以ｕ检验比较两组患者的４ｗｋ治愈率，以ｔ检验比较两组痊愈患者的治疗时间。结果４ｗｋ治愈率：Ⅱ°观察组及对照组均为１００．０％；Ⅲ°观察组９５．０％，对照组５７．１％（Ｐ＜０．０１）；Ⅳ°观察组６８．８％，对照组２５．０％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。痊愈患者的治疗时间：Ⅱ°观察组１２．２±６．９ｄ，对照组１７．９±６．８ｄ（Ｐ＜０．０５）；Ⅲ°观察组１５．３±６．９ｄ，对照组３１．９±１７．９ｄ（Ｐ＜０．０１）；Ⅳ°观察组２５．８±１５．９ｄ；对照组４１．３±１７．６ｄ（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论外用磺胺嘧啶锌软膏治疗褥疮与磺胺嘧啶锌比较疗效高，疗程短。

A clinical study about effects of zine sulfadiazine on decubital ulcer

Objective The purpose of this study was to reserch a high effectual and short-term remedy for patients with edcubital ulcer (DU).Methods One hundred and six patients with decubital ulcer, including 33 patients with two-degree DU, 41 patients with three-degree DU and 32 patients with four-degree DU, were randomly divided into observed group and control group. The observed group was treated with zine sulfadiazine ointment once every other day. The control group was treated with silver sulfadiazine ointment once every other day. The u test was used to analysis the four-week cure rates and t test was used to analysis the curative time.Results Four-week cure rates wee 100. 0% in both groups with two-degree DU, 95.0% and 57. 1% in patients with three- degree DU (P< 0.05), and 68. 8% and 25.0% in patients with four-degree DU (P<0.01) in observed and contol group respectively.The curative time of observed group and control group were 12. 2±6. 9d and 17. 9±6.8d respectively in patients with two-degree DU (P<0.05), 16.8± 8.7d and 29.9 ±16.4d respectively in patients with three-degre DU (P< 0.01), and 25. 5±15. 3d and 39. 0±15. 2d respectively in four-degree DU (P<0.05).Conclusion The external use of zine sulfodiazine in treatment of DU patients is a higher effectual and shorter curative time remedy.
