| 摘 要： | 目的探讨５－氟尿嘧啶合并酸氢叶酸治疗中晚期食管癌的近期疗效。方法５９例中晚期食管癌随机分为对照组和治疗组，对照组２８例单用ＦＤ方案化疗，治疗组３１例使用ＦＤ十ＣＦ方案化疗。结果对照组２８例：ＣＲ１例、ＰＲ１１例、ＭＲ１２例、Ｓ３例、ＰＤ１例，有效率４２．８％。治疗组３１例：ＣＲ５例、ＰＲ１６例、ＭＲ７例、Ｓ３例、ＰＤ０例，有效率为６７．７％。治疗组的有效率明显高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论５－氟尿嘧啶合并醛红叶酸治疗中晚期食管癌较单用５－氟尿嘧啶疗效增强，但毒副反应也同时有所增强。

| Abstract: | Objective The purpose of this study is to investigate the chemotherapeutic effect of5-flurouracil and calcium folinat (CF) foresophageal carcinoma.Methods Fifty-nine cases of metaphase andadvanced siege esophageal carcinoma were divided into two groups: control group treated withFD plan and treatment group treated with FDplus CF plan.Results in control group, CR 1 case, PR 11cases, MR 12 cases, S 3 cases and PD 1 case,the effective rate is 42.8%. In treatment group,CR 5 cases, PR 16 cases, MR 7 cases, S 3 casesand PD 0 case, effective rate is 67.7%.Conclusion The chemotherapeutic effects of5-FU plus CF is higher than that of 5-FU onesophageal carcinoma. But the side-effects was also enhanced at the same time. |
