| 摘 要： | 目的探讨消化性溃疡穿孔的非手术治疗。方法回顾我院近年来消化性溃疡穿孔行非手术治疗的病例,并结合文献进行分析。结果十二指肠溃疡单纯穿孔患者非手术治疗均有效,而胃穿孔患者非手术治疗后中转手术。结论十二指肠溃疡单纯穿孔非手术治疗有可能成为一种趋势。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the non-surgical treatment for peptic ulcer perforation. Methods Review the cases of non-surgical treatment for peptic ulcer in our hospital in recent years. Results Patients with duodenal ulcer perforation alone were all treated non-surgically and effectively,but non-surgical treatment in patients with gastric perforation transferred surgery. Conclusion Non-surgical treatment for duodenal ulcer perforation alone may become a trend. |
