基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制物与子宫内膜异位症的研究进展

摘    要:子宫内膜异位症是妇科的常见疾病,其发病机制至今未明。近年来研究发现,基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)及其抑制物(TIMPs)在该病的发生及发展中起了重要作用,现就MMPs及其抑制物TIMPs在子宫内膜异位症中的研究进展做一综述。

Abstract:Endometriosis,a disease in which endometrial tissue grows outside of the uterus usually within the pelvic cavity,is one of the most persistent and enigmatic disorders affecting reproductive health. Recent studies suggest that the altered expression of MMP and TIMP may play an important role in pathogenesis of endometriosis. This summary will present general knowledge of the MMP system relative to the pathophysiology of the endometriosis as well as address its potential value to the treatment of the disease.
