| 摘 要： | 目的探讨晚期药物流产不同方法的流产效果,以期为临床提供良好的药物流产方法。方法治疗组应用米非司酮＋米索前列醇,对照组应用己烯雌酚,观察流产的效果。结果两组完全流产率比较,差异无统计学意义;两组术后阴道流血情况比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论米非司酮＋米索前列醇可以作为药物流产的有效方法,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the effects of different methods in the treatment of late drug abortion and provide a good clinical method for medical abortion. Methods We used mifepristone and misoprostol in the treatment group and used diethylstilbestrol in the control group. Then we observed the abortion effects of the two groups. Results The abortion rate between the two groups was no statistically significant（P0.05）. Compare the cases of vaginal bleeding after surgery, the treatment group had a better effect than the control group,there was a significant differences（P0.05）. Conclusion Mifepristone combined with misoprostol can be treated as an effective method in the treatment of medical abortion,it is worthy used in clinical treatment. |
