海洛因依赖者人格和父母养育方式的相关研究

目的:了解海洛因依赖者人格特征和父母养育方式及两者之间的关系。方法:采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)和父母养育方式评价量表(EMBU)对60例海洛因依赖者进行测试,并与普通人群(对照组)进行对比分析。结果:与对照组比较,海洛因依赖者的人格问卷中四个维度均存在显著差异;父母养育方式评价量表中父母亲情感温暖理解因子分、父亲惩罚严厉因子和拒绝否认因子分及母亲过分干涉保护因子分均存在显著差异;父母亲的严厉惩罚、拒绝否认与精神质和神经质呈正相关,父亲过度保护与神经质呈正相关。结论:海洛因依赖者人格偏离正常,其父母养育方式不当,父母不良的养育方式可能是他们不良人格特征形成的重要影响因素。

Relationship between Personality Traits and Parental Rearing Behavior in Heroin Addicts

Objective: To explore characteristics of personality of heroin addicts and their parental rearing behavior and analyze their relationship. Methods: 60 heroin addicts and 60 healthy persons (control group) were tested with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) and Egma Minnen av Bardndasnauppforstran (EMBU) and a statistical analysis was made. Results: Compared with the control group, there were significant score differences in four scales of EPQ and in factors of parental emotion warmth and understanding, father's punishment, rejection and mother's over protection with EMBU in heroin group. There were positive correlations between the scores in personality P (psychoticism), N (neuroticism) scales and the factors of parental punishment as well as the rejection and father's over protection with EMBU in heroin group. Conclusion: The heroin addicts have devious personality traits and unfavorable parental rearing behaviors of their parents, which play an important role in the development of their personality.
