| 摘 要： | 目的 :目前淫羊藿的研究备受重视 ,为此 ,对其近年来有效成分及其提取物的药理学研究进展进行综述。方法 :根据近 10年的药理研究成果 ,综述淫羊藿药用植物对心脑血管系统、血液系统、免疫系统、生殖系统、骨髓系统及抗衰老、抗肿瘤方面的药理实验研究。结果 :淫羊藿有效成分及其提取物具有广泛的生理活性。结论 :我国淫羊藿植物资源相当丰富 ,应将现代药理研究成果与中药现代化相结合 ,更有效地开展新药研究与开发。

| Abstract: | Objective:To review the progress in the research of the pharmacological activities of active ingredients and extracts of Epimedium.Method:Effects of Epimedium on cardiovascular system, circulatory system, immune system, genital system and bone marrow system, etc were reviewed, based on the recent 10 years pharmacological experimental studies.Conclusion:The results provided a rational foundation for the further development and utilization of Epimedium. |
