78例急性胆囊炎患者行腹腔镜手术的治疗体会

目的探讨急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜切除术(LC)的可行性及手术技巧。方法对78例急性胆囊炎行腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果76例手术成功,2例中转开腹。手术时间:48～142min,平均62min。术后恢复顺利,无胆管损伤等并发症。平均住院5d(3～8d)。结论急性胆囊炎行LC手术变异多,难度大,但只要能掌握手术时机并注意手术操作技巧,采用LC手术,是安全、可行的。

Experience on Acute Cholecystitis Laparoscopic Surgical Treatment of 78 Cases

Objective To investigate the acute cholecystitis underwent laparoscopic resection of the feasibility and surgical techniques. Methods 78 patients with acute cholecystitis underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in patients with clinical data were analyzed retrospectively. Results 76 cases operation was successful,two cases of transit laparotomy. Operative time ：48~142 minutes,an average of 62 minutes. Postoperative recovery was smooth,no complications such as bile duct injury. Average length of stay 5 days （3~8 days）. Conclusion Acute cholecystitis OK ＂LC＂ mutation operation more difficult,but as long as able to grasp the timing of surgery and pay attention to operative techniques,use of ＂LC＂ surgery is safe and feasible.
