摘    要:为培养高素质的教师队伍,南京医科大学在基础医学教育中实行了青年教师教学导师制,即老教师对青年教师进行一对一或一对多的指导。通过充分挖掘学校优质的教学资源,加大青年教师的培养力度;加强青年教师的“职业忠诚”教育,在实践中培养崇高师德;重视教学环节,全面指导和培养青年教师;强化人文素质教育,培养青年教师开展人文素质教育的自觉性和能力,从而使青年教师的教学能力得到了较大的提高。

Abstract:In order to develop a high-quality faculty team, the teaching tutorial system for basic medical education in Nanjing Medical University was carried out. That is, master teachers instructed young teachers through one-to-one or one-to-more pattern. The cultivation of young teacher was reinforced by ex-cavating high-quality educational resources. Through the system the professional loyalty of young teachers was promoted and young teachers were trained to have noble morality as a teacher in practice, it was em-phasized that young teachers should be trained and cultivated through each teaching links, such as theory and experiment teaching. Meanwhile humanistic quality education among young teachers was strengthened and their activeness, initiative and creativity about humanistic education were improved. Through the sys-tem the teaching ability of the young teachers wes improved.
