硫酸铝钾溶液膀胱冲洗治疗泌尿道急性大出血58例

目的探讨硫酸铝钾溶液（简称：铝溶液）行膀胱冲洗用于控制泌尿道大出血的效果及操作方法。方法泌尿道大出血患者111例，分为治疗组58例，用1.0%硫酸铝钾溶液经导尿管冲洗膀胱，每次2 000～3 000 mL，依患者情况分为持续冲洗法和保留冲洗法；对照组53例，以0.9%氯化钠溶液冲洗，比较两组冲洗前后的尿血红蛋白（Hb）含量变化。 结果治疗组平均每例冲洗1.3 d，显效77.6%（45/58），有效22.4%（13/58 ），总有效率100.0%；对照组平均每例冲洗3.2 d，显效50.9%（27/53），有效22.6%（12/53），总有效率73.5%。治疗组止血效果和缩短止血时间均明显优于对照组（P＜0.01)。保留冲洗比持续冲洗效果更好，但须注意操作方法。结论硫酸铝钾溶液膀胱冲洗用于控制泌尿道大出血疗效确切，方法简单，操作安全，值得推广。

Observation of the Acute Urinary Hemorrhage Treated with 1.0% Aluminium Potassium Sulfate Solution by Intravesical Irrigation

Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of conprate pulean and cernilton on chronic prostatitis. Methods One hundred and twenty cases of chronic prostatitis were randomly divided into 2 groups,each 60 cases.In the treatment group, patients were given 3 tablets of conprated puleam,tid,po;in the control group,1 tablet of cerniton,bid,po,both with a course of 30 days.The changes in patieats' symptoms,conditions of prostate and prostate flaid were observed. Results The total effective rates in the treatment and control groups were 86.67% and 88.33% respectively(P>0.05),nosignificant difference between 2 groups,The price of conprata pulean,however,was less expensive than that of cernilton. Conclusion As compared with cernilton,conprate pulean is a more ideal drug to cure chronic prostatitis at present.
