平阳霉素联合其他药物治疗颌面部静脉畸形的比较研究

目的比较平阳霉素与其他药物联合瘤内注射治疗颌面部静脉畸形的疗效,为优选治疗方案提供依据。方法将126例颌面部静脉畸形患者随机分为3组,A组采用平阳霉素和地塞米松联合注射48例,B组采用平阳霉素、地塞米松和鱼肝油酸钠联合注射43例,C组采用平阳霉素和碘化油联合注射35例,并比较3组的疗效。结果治疗后经12个月随访观察,A组优良率81.3%,B组优良率90.7%,C组优良率91.4%,B、C组与A组比较,差异有显著性(P<0.05),B、C组之间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论平阳霉素的3种联合用药方法均能有效治疗颌面部静脉畸形,平阳霉素与地塞米松、鱼肝油酸钠及碘化油合用有协同作用,可提高疗效,但在临床应用中应根据血管瘤或血管畸形的类型、大小和部位以及患者的年龄选择不同的方法。

Comparative study of combined treatments with pingyangmycin and other medication for venous malformations of maxillofacial region by intralesional injection

[Objective] To investigate the effects of pingyangmycin combining with other medications for treatment of venous malformations in maxillofacial regions. [Methods] 126 patients with venous malformations in maxillofacial regions were divided into three groups randomly. Group A, 48 cases of them were injected with pingyangmycin and dexamethasonum, group B, 43 cases with pingyangmycin, dexamethasonum and sodium morrhuate, and group C, 35 cases with pingyangmycin and oleum iodisatum emulsion. The results were evaluated after completing the treatment. [Results] 126 patients were followed up for 12 months. The excellent and good curative rate were 81.3% in group A, 90.7% in group B, and 91.4% in group C. The rate of group A was significant lower than that of group B or C (A vs B, A vs C, P <0.05; B vs C, P >0.05). [Conclusion] Projects of A(Pingyangmycin and dexamethasonum), B (pingyangmycin, dexamethasonum and sodium morrhuate) and C (pingyangmycin and oleum iodisatum) are effective therapies to venous malformations in maxillofacial regions. The projects of B and C are more effective.
