电针背俞穴治疗海洛因患者早期稽延性戒断症状的临床研究

目的:比较电针背俞穴、五输穴对改善海洛因患者早期稽延性戒断症状的临床疗效,为优化配穴组方,提高电针戒毒的临床疗效提供依据。方法:将27例海洛因依赖者随机分成3组,采用海洛因稽延症状评定量表,动态观察不同的针灸配穴对早期稽延性戒断症状的治疗效果。结果:电针背俞穴组和电针五输穴组都能明显降低治疗第一天、第二天的稽延症状总评分(p<0.01),都不能降低治疗第一天、第二天的睡眠症状评分(p>0.01)。电针背俞穴组能明显改善患者的焦虑情绪(p<0.01),而电针五输穴组对焦虑情绪则无明显影响,两者表现出明显的差别。结论:电针背俞穴能明显改善稽延症状总评分。与传统五输穴配穴相比,电针背俞穴能明显改善患者的焦虑情绪。

Clinical Study on Heroin Prolonged Withdrawal Symptoms (early stage) Treated by Electroacupuncture at Bei-Shu acupoints in Addicts

Objective:To compare the clinical effects of early-stage heroin prolonged withdrawal symptoms by Electroacupuncture(EA)at Bei-Shu acupoints and Wu-Shu acupoints.Methods:27 heroin addicts were randomly divided in 3 groups and treated with the three acupuncture protocols respectively.The dynamic scores of heroin prolonged withdrawal symptoms were used.The different effects of heroin prolonged withdrawal symptoms treated by EA at Bei-Shu acupoints and Wu-Shu acupoints were observed.Results:EA at Bei-Shu and Wu-Shu acupoints attenuated the prolonged withdrawal symptoms following heroin detoxification,including somatic symptoms.However,EA had no effect on insomnia.Compared with control group and Wu-Shu group,EA at Bei-Shu suppressed effectively the anxiety symptom of patients.Conclusion:EA at Bei-Shu and Wu-Shu acupoints attenuated the early-stage prolonged withdrawal symptoms following heroin detoxification.EA at Bei-Shu,but not Wu-Shu suppressed anxiety of patients.
