感觉统合失调儿童的气质特征及中医辨证分型

目的:探讨感觉统合失调(SID)儿童的气质特征与中医辨证分型的关系。方法:对92例SID儿童采用儿童气质量表家长问卷法(PTQ)进行气质分析及中医辨证分型。以41例正常儿童作为对照组。结果:SID组儿童中难养型(D型)气质的比例明显高于正常对照组(34.8%vs 9.8%);从气质纬度上分析可见SID组的规律性、适应性、情绪本质3个因子分值显著低于对照组儿童;而活动水平、反应强度2个因子分值高于对照组儿童;中医辨证分型显示SID组儿童实证与虚证的发生率分别为18.5%与81.5%;进一步分析显示实证组儿童的D型气质比例明显高于虚证组。结论:SID儿童在气质类型及纬度上与正常儿童存在明显差异,中医辨证分型实证与虚证的发生率高,实证型中多为难养型儿童。

Temperament Characteristics and Syndrome Differentiation typing of Children with Sensory Integration Dysfunction

Objective: To study the temperament characteristics in children with SensoryIntegration Dysfunction(SID)and explore the relationship between types of temperamentand Chinese medicine Syndrome Differentiation typing(SDT).Methods:The temperaments were measured in 92children with SID and 41 normal children using the parent temperament questionnaire.And children with SIDwere classified into 2 types according to SDT,the sthenia syndrome type and the deficient syndrome.Results: The factor scores of regularity,adaptability and mood were significantly lower in SID than in the normal children.The factor scores of intensity and activity in SID were significantly high in SID than in the normal children.The rate of difficulty temperament(type D) was significantly high in SID(34.8%)than in the normal children(9.8%),P<0.01.Conclusions:There are differences in temperament types between children with SensoryIntegration Dysfunction and the normal,with type D temperament might be more prone toSensoryIntegration Dysfunction.The sthenia syndrome type related closely to type D temperament.We should pay attention to influence of children's temperament characteristics on their sensory integration ability during treating and intervening of SID.
