摘    要:本文主要研究应用电器耦合等离子体光谱法检测野生葡萄籽中多种微量元素的实验方法。实验表明,野生葡萄籽中多种微量元素在选定最佳条件下能够可靠、准确测得,且精密度在0.30-6.83%之间回收率为95.3%-102.9%.。实验数据证明该方法具有灵敏度高、干扰少、线性范围和多元素同时测定等到优点,是科学工作者研究微量元素可行的方法之一;同时该方法准确、快速、简便,适用于同类样品的测定,结果令人满意。

DETERMINATION OF TRACE ELEMENTS IN WIND GRAPE SEED BY ICP-ASE

Abstract:The main research of this paper uses inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP--AES)method to measure the many kinds of trace elements in the wild grape seed. The experiment shows the that many kinds of trace elements can be accurately and reliably determined at the selected optimum condition in the wild grape seed. The recovery is in the range of 95.3%-102.9%, the precision is in the range of 0.3%-6.83%. The experimental data proves that this method has advantages of high reliability, little interference, wide linear range and many elements can be simultaneously determined. ICP-AES method is considered as a test and study method for the similar kinds of samples too. The satisfactory results have been achieved with the optimum conditions.
