| 摘 要： | 人类白细胞抗原HLA G主要表达于孕卵着床期植入的胎盘组织 ,在母胎免疫耐受中起主要调节作用 ,是维持正常妊娠的重要因素。该文就HLA G的表达及表现形式 ,HLA G与NK细胞、T细胞在维持母胎免疫耐受中的作用做一综述。

| Abstract: | Human leukocyte antigen G (HLA G) is mainly expressed in placental tissues in implantation period. It plays an regulating role in maternal fetal immune tolerance, so it is an important factor for the maintenance of normal pregnancy. In this article,we summarized the expression of HLA G and its presentation forms, and the roles of HLA G, NK cell and T cell in maternal fetal immune tolerance. |
