利凡诺与米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于中期妊娠引产的比较

目的:观察利凡诺与米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于中期妊娠引产的临床效果。方法:将120例孕妊娠13~24周自愿终止妊娠而无禁忌症者随机分为两组。观察组分次服用米非司酮150 mg,后穹窿放置米索前列醇600μg。对照组利凡诺100 mg羊膜腔内注射,比较两组用药后的成功率、胎膜残留率、阴道出血量、流产、产妇疼痛程度。结果:两组胎膜残留率、阴道出血量差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。流产成功率、流产时间、产妇疼痛比较,两组有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:米非司酮配伍米索前列醇用于中期妊娠引产比利凡诺有效、快捷、产妇痛苦小。

Comparation of effect of rivanol and mifepristone compated with misoprostol in mid-term prenancy induced labor

Objective: To observe the effect of rivanol and mifepristone compated with misoprostol in mid-term pregnancy induced labor.Methods:120 patients with pregnancy 13～24 weeks without contraindication were divided into 2 groups.Observation group were given mifepristone 150 mg,the posterior fornix was placed misoprostol 600 μg.The control group was injected Rivanol 100 mg inside amniotic cavity.Compare the success rate、fetal membrane residue rate,viginal bleeding amount、bleeding time and pain degree of the two groups.Results:There's no significant difference in fetal membrane residue and viginal bleeding amount of the two groups(P>0.05).There's significant difference in abortion success rate、abortion time and pain(P<0.05).Conclusion: Mifepristone compated with misoprostol in mid-term pregnancy in duced labor has better effect,quicker,and less pain compared with that of Rivanol.
