陕西省宝鸡市结核病控制项目效果分析

目的评价宝鸡市实施结核病控制项目成效。方法对宝鸡市2002～2007年实施结核病控制项目期间的月、季报表、专题调查、现场督导和工作考核等有关资料进行统计分析。结果宝鸡市实施结核病控制项目以来，落实专项经费1612000元；接诊可疑症状者41981例，发现13105例活动性肺结核病人（其中涂阳病例5824例，全程督导管理占82．5％）；初复治涂阳病例治愈率分别为90．4％和84．4％；结核病防治知识知晓率达60．3％；可疑者就诊率、查痰率、病人发现率和治愈率逐年提高。结论通过实施结核病控制项目，应用科学的结核病控制策略，防治工作总体成效显著。

Effect of tuberculosis control project in Baoji City of Shanxi Province

Objective To evaluate the effect of TB control project in Baoji City. Methods Statistical analysis was conducted in the month, quarter statement, special surveys, on-site supervision and examination work related inforrnation during the period of TB control project implementation in 2002 - 2007. Results Since the project was conducted, special funds of 1.612 million yuan was used. 41981 cases with suspicious symptoms and 13105 cases of active pulmonary tuberculosis were found, including 5824 cases of smear-positive. The whole management rate of the steering was 82.5 %. Complex early cure rate of new smear positive cases were 90.4 % and 84.4 %. Knowledge rate about tuberculosis prevention and control was 60.3 %. Suspicious persons attendance, the rate of sputum investigation, case detection rate, the cure rate increased annually. Conclusion Through the implementation of TB control projects, application of scientific methods of TB control strategy, the overall effectiveness of prevention and treatment worked significantly.
