小白杏杏仁油调节大鼠血脂作用机制的实验研究

摘    要:目的研究小白杏杏仁油的降血脂作用及其机制。方法 40只雄性Wistar大鼠分成空白、模型及杏仁油0.1,0.2,0.4 ml/100g bw高、中、低三个剂量组。各剂量组大鼠灌以不同剂量杏仁油,空白、模型组大鼠灌胃等容的纯净水。空白组给予基础饲料喂养,其余各组给予高脂饲料。喂养8 w后检测大鼠血脂、载脂蛋白(APO)、三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)和胰岛素水平,留取大鼠肝脏进行病理切片,比较各组大鼠之间血脂指标的差异。结果中、高剂量组大鼠的血清TC、TG含量不同程度低于模型组,而HDL-C含量显著高于模型组(P<0.05);各剂量组大鼠的载脂蛋白A1(APOA1)含量明显高于模型组(P<0.05);各剂量组和空白组大鼠胰岛素和T3含量均不同程度地高于模型组(P<0.05=。结论小白杏杏仁油能够降低高脂血症大鼠血脂水平,通过对APOA1、APOB、胰岛素和T3的含量的调节,直接或间接影响血脂水平。

Abstract:Objective To study the hypolipidemic effect of almond oil from the small white apricot in rats and its mechamism.Method Forty Wistar male rats were divided into normal control group,high fat diet group,almond oil,high,middle or low dose(0.1,0.2,0.4 ml/100g bw) groups.Three dose groups were administered almond oil,and normal control group and high fat diet group with equal volume water.The control group was fed standard diet.The other groups were fed high fat diet.After 8 w,the levels of blood lipids,apolipoprotein(Apo),triiodothyronine(T3) and insulin were determined.The livers were taken for pathologic observation.Results The total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) levels in middle dose and high dose group were lower than those in high fat diet group,while high-density lipoprotein-cholesterol(HDL-C) level was significantly higher than that in the high fat diet group(P<0.05).The ApoA1,insulin and T3 levels of three dose groups were higher than those in high fat diet group(P<0.05).Conclusion Almond oil from the small white apricot could reduce blood lipids and significantly increase the levels of ApoA1,ApoB,insulin and T3 in hyperlipidemic rats.
