臂丛神经损伤的MRI表现与功能恢复的关系

目的:探讨臂丛神经损伤的MRI表现与功能恢复的关系.材料和方法:回顾性分析手术证实的70例臂丛神经损伤的临床资料和MRI表现以及功能恢复的情况.结果:63例臂丛神经损伤MRI诊断与手术结果一致,臂丛神经损伤正确诊断率为90%.15例节前损伤中恢复4例,8例节后损伤中恢复6例,臂丛损伤的MRI表现与功能恢复的Logistic回归分析证实创伤性脊膜囊肿与功能恢复关系密切.结论:在大多数患者中,臂丛神经损伤的MRI可提示其肢体功能恢复的预后.

The Relationship between MRI Manifestations and the Function Recovery of the Brachial Plexus Injuries

Purpose: To study the relationship between MRI manifestations and function recovery of the brachial plexus injuries.Materials and Methods: The MRI manifestations and clinical data of 70 cases with brachial plexus injuries were analyzed retrospectively,then the logistic regress analysis with function recovery was performed.Results: The MRI diagnosis of 63 cases with brachial plexus injuries was coincidence with operation,the diagnostic accuracy of the brachial plexus injuries was 90%.Of 15 cases with preganlion nervous injury,the Function Recovery was in 4 cases,and of 8 cases with postganlion nervous injuries was in 6 cases.The logistic regress analysis between the MRI features of the brachial plexus injuries and the limb function recovery indicated that only traumatic meningocele was correlated well with the limb function recovery.Conclusion: The MRI manifestations of the brachial plexus injury can foretell the prognoses of the limb function recovery in most of patients.
