我国医疗卫生体制改革若干问题的思考与建议

Discussion and Recommendation on Issues of Health System Reform in China

The article analyzes and discusses health system reform in China and points out that equity first,government dominance and need orientation should be the basic principles in the reform. It should emphasize some issues,such as dealing with the relationships between equity and efficiency,government and market roles,properly defining primary health care package,and setting up a proper scale of public hospitals. Author recommends to strengthening medical security system building,exploring effective measures to regulate medical service behaviors,developing regional health development plan,so as to achieve healthy and harmonious development.
