| 摘 要： | 病案是记录病人健康情况的文件资料,在医、教、研、医院管理、健康保险和法律等各方面发挥重要作用,病案质量是病案赖以生存的根本。运用文献综述的方法,分析我国住院病人病案质量存在的缺陷,深入探讨病案质量问题的潜在原因,分析目前相关策略的局限性,提出优化建议,以期为我国相关领域发展提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | Amedical record is systematic documentation of a patient's medical history and care.Medical record plays a significant role in medical treatment,medical education,medical research,hospital management,health insurance and medical law.The quality of medical record is the essential part of is.The paper analyzes the limitation of the quality of inpatient medical record through literature review.And then,the paper proposes suggestions of improving quality of medical record based on the discussion of the potential root and the analysis of current strategies in roder to provide reference for related area. |
