| 摘 要： | 临床路径作为一种新的质量效益型管理模式将病种医疗服务标准化、并通过应用过程的管理及重要成功因素的支持和控制以提高医疗资源利用率。缩短住院天数，加强医务人员之间的合作，减少记录时间、提高工作效率。以小儿斜疝为例描述临床路径的制定、实施以及实施中可能遇到的问题及解决办法，对临床路径在我国的推广应用具有一定的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | As a new quality-efficiency administration mode, clinical pathway can standardize the medical service and advance the utilization rate of health resources. It can short the in hospital days for patients and encourage the cooperation among the health workers as well as promote the working efficiency.
