| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察中医辨证治疗颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 :颈椎病治疗组 2 0 7例 ,辨证分型治疗 ,风寒湿滞型用颈痛 1号 ,血瘀阻滞型用颈痛 2号 ,自拟方药研末制成膏剂 ,外敷颈部 ;对照组 132例 ,用骨友灵搽剂外涂颈部。结果 :治疗组有效率分别为94 .11%和 96 .33% ,对照组为 79.31%和 81.0 4 % ,两组比较有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :中医辨证治疗颈椎病疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective: to observe the clinical effect of TCM differentiating syndromes treatment in treating cervical spondylopathy. Method: 207 cases of cervical spondylopathy treated by differentiating syndromes. The syndrome of wind-cold and damp-stasis was treated by no.1 of Jing Tong San while that of blood stasis by no.2 of Jing Tong San. Those were homemade ointments pasted to necks. There was a control group of 132 cases treated by Gu You Ling Cha Ji. Result: The effective rate of experimental groups was 94.11% and 96.33&, while that of the control group was 81.04%. There was a distinctive deference (P<0.01). Conclusion: TCM differentiating syndromes treatment in treating cervical spondylopathy is effective. |
