| 摘 要： | 1993年以来对9例先天性小耳伴有中、重度下颌发育不全的儿童(6～11岁),在应用皮肤扩张法行耳廓再造术的同时,应用延长器延长患侧下颌骨,初步结果下颌骨可以延长18mm,再造耳外形满意。认为在儿童时期行下颌骨延长后,正常长度的下颌可以促进周围组织发育。

| Abstract: | Lengthening of the mandible by gradual distraction and ear reconstruction using tissue expanders were performed on nine young patients(6-11 years old)with unilateral hemifaeial microso- mia.The technique holds promise for reconstruction of ear and mandible at the same time.This is es- sentially a pilot clinical project.A late follow-up of these patients is necessary. |
