| 摘 要： | 根据心胸血管疾病为重点的综合性医院的特点,分析病案质量控制的重点和难点。我院心胸血管内外科工作量大,病床周转快,医师对病历书写的重要性认识不深,过分依赖终末质量检查。针对此问题,进一步优化病案管理的流程,加强运行病历的管理,解决病历书写质量问题。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of the cardiovascular hospital, we analyzed the difficulties and keystones of the control of the control of the quality of the medical record. There were a lot of patients in our hospital, and the velocity of the inpatients is higher, the staff have to do work hard, As some doctors didn't notice the importance of the documentation of the medical records, they depend on the check of the quality too much. And the distribution of the human resources is unreasonable. After investigating, we took out a reasonable proposal to optimize the procedure of medical record management, in order to improve the quality of writing medical records. |
