饮食护理对肺结核病人化疗效果的影响

目的]观察饮食护理对肺结核病人化疗效果的影响,探讨个性化饮食护理方法.方法]160例初治痰涂片阳性的肺结核病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组80例,对照组采用肺结核化疗常规护理,观察组采取个性化饮食护理.观察并比较两组病人治疗效果、空洞闭合情况、强化期(2个月)痰菌转阴率以及随访1年痰菌复发情况.结果]观察组疗治疗效果、空洞闭合情况优于对照组(P<0.05);强化期痰菌转阴率两组比较差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组随访1年痰菌复发率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论]采取个性化饮食护理可提高肺结核病人的化疗效果.

Influence of dietary nursing on chemotherapy effect for pulmonary tuberculosis patients

Objective:To observe the influence of dietary nursing care on chemotherapy effect for pulmonary tuberculosis patients,and to probe into individualized dietary nursing method.Methods:A total of 160 pulmonary tuberculosis patients who were treated at first time and whose sputum smears were positive were randomly divided into test and control group and 80 cases each.Routine nursing of pulmonary tuberculosis patients undergoing chemotherapy was carried out for control group cases.And individualized dietary nursing was carried out for test group cases.Then the curative effect,cavitates closure,turning-negative rate of sputum bacterium in reinforcement period and relapse of sputum bacterium in one year in follow-up period of all cases were observed and compared with each other.Results:The curative effect and cavitates closure of patients in test group were better than that of patients in control group(P<0.05).There was no statistical significant difference in terms of turning-negative rate of sputum bacterium in intensification period between the two groups(P>0.05).The relapse rate of sputum bacterium in one year during follow-up period in test group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:By adopting individualized dietary nursing could enhancing the chemotherapy effect for pulmonary tuberculosis patients.
